Veterans Star assists veterans with navigating VA benefits from filing initial claims to appeals.
Yes, Claims Agent Star is accredited by the Office of General Counsel to prepare, present, and prosecute veterans’ benefits claims before the VA.
Filing initial claims is pro-bono and should never cost you anything. Veterans Star wants to help you with every step and if starting your claim is where your at in the process, were here to help you get the highest rating, right from the start.
Appeals take more time, research, and possible hearings, so the VA allows agents to charge up to a 30% contingency fee on the backpay for these. With Veterans Star LLC we charge a 20% contingency fee in order to keep doing what we do. You don't owe anything until you get paid by the VA. With our fee agreement the VA will withhold the fee from your backpay amount. So there's never any reason to make payments throughout the process.
We are here to help you the best we can. If you have education benefit issues or care giver questions, please reach out to see if we might be able to assist, or at least point you in the right direction.
